MS Office 2000 SR-1 Update

When I try to install update SR-1, I get the following error message:

'Microsoft Office SR-1 Update did not complete successfully. For assistance,
contact Microsoft Technical Support.
See the log file: Office 2000 SR-1 Setup(0012).txt'

I can't find this file on my system. I've tried uninstalling and
re-installing Works on my PC (it includes Word 2000), and then installing the
update again, but that didn't work. Every time I try, the file number changes
- as you can see, I've tried 12 times!

Please ignore this post.
I have finally managed to install Office Update SR-1, after several
attempts. I did this by deleting the log files, and all other files
associated with the update (in file 'sr1', Temp Files) and starting again.
