MS Office Picture Manager

When I had Photo Editor, I used to be able to hit "print screen", paste
the contents as a new image, and then resize, crop, etc.

How do I do that with Microsoft Office Picture Manager?

I would hit "print screen" to capture screen shots from another
application. Then in Photo Editor, I would "paste as new image".

Sounds like you would use File, Export to export an existing image
within Picture Manager to another file name. Is that true?

If so, how to I get a "print screen'ed" image into Picture Manger?
