ms outlook and blackberry

I have XP Home Edition, and my computer came installed w/MS Works. I just
installed Office 2000 because I needed ms outlook in order to sync my new
Blackberry applications. I get an error message "procedure entry poiont
getiums could not be located in the dynamic link library msdart.dll. " Is
there a way to resolve this issue?
