MS Project Server 2003 - Tasks

I am using the products we sell as tasks and then allocating sub tasks to
various resources in order to get the product completed. Each client has its
own project. In theory each product task should cost the same accross the
various projects. Is there a way to monitor the average cost of the same
titled task over multiple projects?
