msador15.dll missing

Hallo,

Ik developed a database in Office XP (2000 database format) with WinXP OS.
The Customer uses WinNT. I use a reference to Microsoft ActiveX Data Objects
Recordset 2.7 Library (msador15.dll ) that is not recognized on the WinNT
system. The file is present in c:\program files\common files\system\ado on
the NT system. But the reference screen says missing!

Any suggestions on how to solve this problem?

Thanx for any tips!

Try re-registering the file with Windows:
regsvr32 "c:\program files\common files\system\ado\msador15.dll"

Hallo,

This does not solve the problem. It keep showing missing in the Access VBA
reference screen.

Any more suggestion.

I don't hope my work is for nothing and that it doesn't work on a NT
machine.

I don't understand the problem either. How can there not be a reference to
this file?!?

Hope somebody helps....

After re-registering the library, try opening your database, and unchecking
the library. Save Close.

Then reopen the application. The box should no longer be marked MISSING
because there is no reference to it. Find the library again, and check the
box. That shoul doit.
