msn e-mail

I need help and no one at Verizon or Microsoft is helping me! Recently
Verizon may have increased thier DSL speed in my neighborhood. They chose to
announce this by taking a banner page out from my msn premium e-mail account
and in so doing erased my msn custom home page AND my e-mails from my msn
premium account! At the same time it seems Microsoft updated to 9.6 version.

Can anyone tell me
a) how to get verizon's banner off my home page
b) how to retreive my msn premium e-mail box?

This has nothing to do with Office. I would suggest you try posting to an
MSN newsgroup. Maybe someone there can help you.
