new iMac.
new MS Office: Mac 2004/Student & Teacher Edition.

installed MS Office on administrator's (my) password protected account
in which i can use Office just fine. Word/Excel/Pwr Pt/Entourage icons
do not appear in the tray (or whatever it's called. sorry. plz welcome
me back to the Mac world after about 12 years away. what was i
THINKING?!?!) on the other 3, as yet unsecured, accounts on the same
iMac.

if i recall correctly (no guarantee of that) i may have installed
Office on the original admin account before creating the other 3 user
accounts.

what do i do so the components of MS Office are available to the other
3 user accounts on this same iMac?

i appreciate any assistance.
pretty excited about becoming a Macdweeb again.
thanks.

Tray = Dock

Each user can customize their own Dock. You can drag an application to the
Dock to make it stay there permanently, or select icon in Dock to "Keep in
Dock."

If an application is installed in the root applications folder then the
applications should be accessible for all Users. If you install in a User's
folder then they are accessible only for that User.

If you did install in the Admin's User's folder, drag the Office folder over
to the root application folder and you should be able to use them in all
User accounts.
