Multiple Websites

I am new to Frontpage 2003 having developed up my first website last year. I
am now wanting to set develop another website but am not sure how to do this
in frontpage.
Within the Web Site folder I have how do I have two websites when the home
page needs to be called 'Index'.
If I try setting up a website in another folder it doesn't let me use the
Dynamic Website Templates.

Do you have 2 domain names or are you trying to set up a site within your
current site?

If you have 2 domain names then you would create a new web locally (File,
New Web and choose an Empty Web template), then design the site and then
publish it. You wouldn't mix the 2 sites together. If you're trying to add
to an existing site the best way is to create a new sub web (sub site) and
develop your content there. Just create a new folder (ex: newsite) then
right click on that folder and covert to web. Then you'll see a little icon
that looks like a globe. Double-click to open that and now you'll have a
new sub web that you can start your design in.
