Mutliple Pcs downloading workspace

Hi

I have setup up groove on work pc as multiple access required. Have
installed groove and setup account on home laptop (via the .grv file method)

I can see my workspaces on my home laptop but nothing is downloading when I
press "get workspace"

Does my work pc need to be on for this to download properly?

Hi Sara -

Yes, you'll need to have both PCs on and connected to the web for the
initial space transfer.

Once that is completed, you can work with just one connected at a time
as the changes will be sent to Groove's relay server for delivery to the
other PC once it comes on line.

Dear Sara,

According to your update, please let me explain that when we want to sync
the workspace from multiple computer, we must need to check the following
points.
1: All the computers must be on line(Internet)
2: The Groove account has been logged-in on the computers.

After these steps, please try to sycn or downlad the data.

If you still cannot sync successfully, then please let us try to use
Grooveclean tool

A: Please shutdown the Groove software first.
B: Click Start, click Run, type the following command, and then click OK:
C:\Program Files\Groove Networks\Groove\Bin\GrooveClean.exe

The command line method:
From the Files menu, click Exit Groove.
Open the MS DOS command line window.
Type cd \progra~1\groove~1\groove\bin
Type GrooveClean and press Enter.

Afterr these steps, please let us try to start the Groove again and test the
