my inbox stopped getting my messages

Three days ago my inbox is not getting my e mail messages. They are showing
up on my phone but not outlook. I cannot get them to show up. What am I doing
wrong?

Hard to say without telling us what you are doing right now ;-)

Include at least;
-your version of Outlook (Help-> About)
-type of mail account (POP3, IMAP, Exchange, HTTP, Outlook Connector,
Exchange, other...?)
-any errors in their exact wording as they are presented to you.
