A user in my organization reports that on two computers (Windows XP Pro,
Outlook 2003) new groups and shortcuts are appearing by themselves in
the Shortcuts tab in the Outlook main window. The groups appear as "New
Group." They delete them, but more appear later.
I haven't heard of something like this before (I don't know anybody else
who even uses the Shortcuts tab), and a quick search on Google didn't
bring up anything relevant (the terms are too general).
Anybody know what might be happening here?
