Newbie: howto make hoover button change 2 frames?

Hello

i recently started used frontpage 2000
I build a web page with some frames
In one frame the navigation is arranged with hoover buttons.
When clicking on a button a page changes occures in another frame as
required. (param name =" target" etc)
So far everything is expected
What i will achieve is that clicking a hoover button results in changes in 2
frames (not just in one). (In other words i have two target frames)
Is this possible and if so how can it be done?
