Newly added address book not appearing

Melissa Frankel

I am adding a new address book in Outlook 2003 under the Tools - Email
accounts (Add a new directory or address book) option. I am able to add it
just fine but when I restart Outlook, it is not in the list of my address
books. Yet, when I go to add it again, Outlook tells me it is already there
and cannot be added twice. Not sure why I can't see it in my list of address
books...?

Thanks,
Melissa

What type of Address book is it? Where are you looking for it?

It is an ACT! address book - it should appear in the Address Book window
(usually at the bottom of the list under Global Address Book) - so that we
can use it to address an email to someone in the address book. It works fine
