No code brackets?

I was posting yesterday, and could not find any code brackets (<Code>,</Code> or similar).

This sort of feature does two things:
1) Automatically sets off the code (or other similar data) into a separate and scrollable window, and
2) Typically uses a mono-spaced font, so that alignment becomes MUCH easier.

I've seen this capability on other forums, and wonder why there's nothing like it on this one.

(Or, probably more likely, there IS, and I just don't know how to find it;-)

There is an option to enter code, but it's a little hidden which is probably why you couldn't find it. On the text editor bar you will see a group of four icons for inserting items into a post - Smilies, Image, Media and 'Insert...' - it's the last option you want, and then just select 'Code' from the drop-down list.
