"No custom dictionary exists" Solution

When composing an email or editing the custom dictionary, you may
receive the "No custom dictionary exists" error, then opens explorer.
Please ensure the following entry exists -
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Shared Tools\Proofing
Tools\Custom Dictionaries]
"1"="CUSTOM.DIC"
