No Issues and risks in PWA

Vicente

Hi,

I have a problem with risks and issues assignments on PWA.

I created a risk and assigned to one of my team member, but when he go to
PWA, it says no risk assigned. Same in the case of issues too.

Also, when he created a risk and issues and assigned to me, i'm not able to
see on PWA.

I checked the server configuration, permissions and the user have
assignments in the project.

When you open the pwa, its does connect to the WSS and says no risk and
issues assigned.

It occurs with all users.

Any idea?

Thanks

Your help is greatly appreciated!

1) Have you modified the default workspace in any way?
2) Have you published the project?
3) Are you sure the project is connected to the workspace?

Hello Andrew,

The project is published, and the project is connected to the workspace
without any modification.

This worked fine before the aplication of SP2. I´ve tested in a blank
environment and works fine.

After new Issues or Risk are added to a project workspace the project must be
republished before the new issues and risk messages will apprear on the team
members home page. This is because the published and report database needs
to be updated for this feature to work correctly.

Hope this helps

The project has been published. I don´t understand how update the report and
published database. It Has been published from the project professional.

From a cube of Analysis Services the issues appears properly, but the PWA
and the project workspace not works.

The only thing I can think of would be that the assigned to field is not
filled out correctly, or someone has tinkered with that field.

Sorry - wish I could be more helpful.
