Non Working Time not reflected in PWS

I'm having a problem with my enterprise project not reflecting the
non-working times for the enterprise resources.

When I initially created the schedule in project professional, I entered the
non working time in project professional. When I imported the schedule to
project server the non-working time was not reflected.

I found the following steps and followed them:

The Project Server administrator (or Resource Pool administrator) should
perform the following steps to enter nonworking time in the Enterprise
Resource Pool:

Launch Microsoft Project Professional and log into Project Server with
administrator permissions
Click Tools Ø Enterprise options Ø Open Enterprise Resource Pool
Select the resources with nonworking time and then click the Open/Add button
Double-click a resource's name
Select the Working Time tab
Select the dates of the vacation or sick leave days on the calendar, and
then select the Nonworking time option
Click OK
Repeat steps #4-8 for each resource with nonworking time
Save and close the Enterprise Resource Pool

I followed these steps and it still did not not update the non-working time.
Any ideas what may be causing the schedule to not adjust for the non working
times?

There are several places that the Project Server administrator can enter
nonworking time. To enter company holidays, the Project Server
administrator should open the Enterprise Global file (Tools - Enterprise
Options - Open Enterprise Global), click Tools - Change Working Time, and
then enter the company holidays as nonworking time on the Standard calendar.
Assuming the Base Calendar value is set to Standard for each resource in the
Enterprise Resource Pool, then each resource will "inherit" the company
holidays on their personal calendars. To add vacation or planned sick leave
as nonworking time, you would need to modify each resource's personal
calendar individually, as you have done in the Enterprise Resource Pool.
Hope this helps.

Hi Dale,

Thanks very much for your help. I thought I had followed these steps, but
I'll try it again. The holiday time-off worked fine, but the issue I'm
running into is getting the the resources vacation time time reflected. I
have modifed each resource's personal calendar in the Enterprise Resource
Pool. How do I make sure the Base Calendar value is set to Standard for each
resource?

Open the Enterprise Resource Pool and check out all resources. Look in the
Base Calendar column. Hope this helps.
