I am running XP and Office XP Professional. When some
sends me an picture attached to an email I can't open the
attache pictures.
What I get is an error message that saids: "Microsoft
Photo Editor has encounder and needs to close" When
click on more detail button, I get the following
information: "AppName: photoed.exe AppVer: 3.0.2.3
ModName: photoed.exe Modver: 3.0.2.3 Offset: 006e91f"
When I try to open Photo Editor from the Start menue I
get the same message.
This proplem has been going on purchessed XP and upgraded
from 2000 in January this year. I have sent multi error
reports, and gone to XP Office website and download
patches all the remommended patches. However, I still
can open attached pictures. This is very frustrating.
