I have several memo's in my NOTES section of Outlook 2007. In the past if I
needed informaton from one of the notes I clicked on the sticky note and a
small window would open. Now when I click on a sticky note it opens in full
screen with no option to reduce/minimize. This is very annoying. Any
suggestions where I can change this?

Double click on the Title Bar to toggle Maximize/Normal window size (it is
an old Windows 3.x trick that still works :-D).
