I often receive email messages that appear completely garbled. They are full
of font formatting marks in both the header and body. The "subject" field
and "from" field are both blank. The header is full of the same font
formatting marks, and no real header. I believe they are sent in HTML format
using unique fonts, although I receive other messages in HTML with unique
fonts without problems. An example of an email is pasted below.

So far, I have tried updating my microsoft office and both using word and
not using word as my email editor. Nothing seems to work. I am using
Outlook 2003. Have you seen anything like this before? Do you have any
ideas?
Thank you.
