Odd issue with meeting requests

I have a user that is experiencing an odd issue but I haven't been to find
anyone else reporting the same issue; so I'm not sure if the user is doing
this by accident or if there is an issue with her Outlook. We are on
Exchange 2007 and the user is on Outlook 2007. When she was updating a
meeting in her Outlook calendar, Outlook ended up send out 2 additional
emails regarding the update. Attendees ended up receiving 3 email updates
instead of just one. They were sent one right after another and I was able
to see the emails in her sent items.

She had another issue where she was updating a meeting a request and it sent
out the update but right after that it sent out a cancellation and the
meeting showed canceled.

I haven't been able to duplicate these issue and these are the only 2
incidents that have occurred for this user. I haven't had anyone else report
this issue, so I think the user may have done this by accident but I didn't
think it would hurt to ask the community if anyone else has reported any
issues like this.
