Hi. I currently have Office 2003. Can I put Office 2007 on a different drive
and run the two programs without conflicts/problems (i.e., Word, Excel, and
Power Point)? I would like to have Office 2003 on my computer until I can
use Office 2007 efficiently. Thank you.

Yes, you can run both version concurrently. They don't even have to be on
different drives. When you install 2007 it will ask if you want to
uninstall previous versions: just say no.

You can only have one version of Outlook though. If you want to use Outlook
2007, make sure you uninstall Outlook 2003 first or Outlook 2007 won't be
installed.

Thank you, rojo habe, for your helpful response. I am happy to hear that the
two programs will work together. I don't use Outlook.

Before installing Office 2007 you may want to read the following KB article
from Microsoft, especially the part about Outlook if you use that program
and Word. There is a situation with Word registering itself when switching
between the two versions. I have applied the fix the article says and have
not had an issue with either Office Word version but YMMV.
