Office 2003 not responding.

Please help. I'm loosing money fast! System working fine. 02/03/06 Loaded
eTrust ISS. All programs worked correctly. I have MS Office Small Business
Edition 2003. On 02/20/06 I downloaded MS Office SP2 updates. Had
continuous loop when trying to connect to iExplore. Fixed that. Problems
with internet connection began. I work through a VoiceWave program that
enables Microsoft Word automation. When I log on to VoiceWave program it
automatically opens word. The minuite I open a file word should open a blank
document. Instead Word window will open but program immediately hangs. All
office products work fine as long as I am working offline. When I connect to
internet programs hang "not responding". Allows error report to be sent but
will not close even using Task Manager. If I disconnect it will clear
programs out properly. I then have to reboot in order to get network
connection to work. At which time this viscious circle starts all over.

Over past week after loosing a great deal of money from inability to work
much less purchasing software...I have reinstalled and then unistalled
eTrust. Installed Norton IS 2006, ran a CHKDSK from c: to fix any errors,
restored and repaired Office numerous times. Unistalled and reinstalled MS.
Uninstalled Updates.

The only error messages have received since 02/20 were: 1)
Sysfader:iexlore.exe-application error. The instruction @ :0x7c901010"
referenced memory @ 0x0000001c. The memory could not be "read". 2)
Microsoft visual C++ runtime library, Buffer overrun detected Program
c?/programfiles/internet explorer/IEXPLORE.EXE. A buffer run has been
detected which has corrupted the programs internal state the program cannot
safely continue execution and must now be terminated. Both of which cleard
up afer running CHKDSK and blocking BHOs. I have also turned of the Norton
Office plug-in. When disconnecting from internet after programs hang and
trying to initiate reconnect I get Error 50: All devices are connected. The
request is not supported. I then have to reboot.

Any help would be greatly, greatly appreciated. Novel, but I tried to
include as much info as possible.
