Office 2003 Service Pack 3

I reinstalled Office from add remove programs and an amazing thing happened.
Service Pack 3 installed and all previous parts and pieces of minor updates
went away.
I had to do somthing!

I didn' hear back from Eric A. after sendigg the verbose log. I think that I
am fixed.

I apoligize that I didn't get back to you yet.

The only thing I see in the section of the log that is of interest is
Property(S): LOCALCACHEDRIVE = ?

If the localCache was messed up that could explain why Sp3 wasn't
installing. I am glad to hear however that a reinstall allowed you to finally
install Sp3.
