office 2007 crashing on terminal server 2003

I have the problem that my outlook is constanly crashing on the terminal
server version 2003.

then it works a day without problems, but the other day the users will
experiance a outlook that does not work and is stuck. They have to kill
outlook and start it up again.

the error that i get is :

Faulting application outlook.exe, version 12.0.6316.5000, stamp 4833a470,
faulting module outlook.exe, version 12.0.6316.5000, stamp 4833a470, debug?
0, fault address 0x00242990.

anyone any help. I am strugeling with this for over 3 months now

Hi Peter,

You may want to also post this in the MS Office Outlook discussion group to see if the folks there recognize it as something Outlook
rather than thin client installation related.

When posting there (links below) please include the version of MS Exchange (if any) you're using, antivirus software being used and
Windows version on the users desktops. It's not clear from your description if this is just on a single profile or on a variety of
clients.

Hello Bob,

In my hurry i forgot to mention the essential things. Sorry for that.

Office version is 2007 en whe are using exchange 2007.
All the terminal server users have the same problem
The terminal server is running symatec antivirus enterprise

the remote worksations are windows xp
