If i install office 2008 for Mac on my Macbook, what happens to my mails in
Entourage? Do i lose the mails or they are not affected?
The installer is not supposed to touch your data. However, it's always wise
to backup the Microsoft User Data folder for that 1% chance that $#@!
happens.
When you launch Entourage 2008 it will import (well it should) your previous
Entourage Identity. Entourage 2008 has to update your old files to use. You
can have more than one version's Identity folder in the Microsoft User Data
folder. If you have problems see how to manually move your data from one
version to another:

When you are satisfied with Entourage 2008 you can delete the previous
version's Identity folder.
Tip, if the installer fails with a spinning rainbow, open the Activity
Monitor from Utilities folder and click on the Sample button. This seems to
