Around June 1st whenever I try to open an Office XP program [Outlook/Word] it does not open and then trys to install Office XP. And my cd-rom drive and dvd-drive were missing. Plus my CPU was very very very slow.I got the drives reinstalled. And someone told me that i may have the sasser worm. So i updated my virus software and it found just some adware viruses, which i deleted, but no sasser or alike. So i downloaded the patch from microsoft, disabled system restore, and i am currently using the sasser worm removal tool from symantec, but it is taking forever. Any help
