I have recently set up Outlook 2002(SP3) on a W2k(SP4) server to receive
data files.
A rule was created to automatically perform various tasks and forward the
message and attachment. The rule runs OK for every target message received,
but only forwards the message on the first occurrence.
Exiting and restarting Outlook will run the rule and forward the message
for the next incoming message received, but will not forward subsequent
incoming messages. I do not want to restart Outlook every time I am
expecting an incoming message.
I have applied all of the latest Service Packs for Outlook.
Any ideas.
