OL2000, Terminal Services, time zones and Calendar

Hi all

I have one user who lives in the EST time zone. His mailbox is on an
Exchange server mailbox which is in the CST time zone.

For several reasons this user must access his mailbox using OL2000 as
a published application on a Win2k server providing Terminal Services
in application mode (i.e. Outlook runs on the server, not on his PC).
This server is CST too.

Now, the user complains that all his appointments in the Calendar are
shown with the CST time, while he wants them to be shown with EST
time.

Is there a way to set this?
