My colleague and I purchased the same laptop computer at
the same time and installed Office together.
On my computer, I can edit an Excel spreadsheets that is
linked to Word in the Word application. My colleague
cannot; the Warning Box says "Word cannot open the
document. User does not have access privileges." We
have tried with the same document and with documents that
were created on her machine--all to the same result.
There must be some settings that are different. Anybody
know anything about this.
