One Note 2007

I have recently installed Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007. Prior to
that I was using the trial version of it on my Windows Vista.

I had a problem with One Note in the trial period and am having the same
problem now although, as I said, I have purchased and installed the software
and am now using it instead of the trial that was on the computer when I
first purchased it.

In order to open any section or notebook, I have to go to 'backup'.
Furthermore, when I do open a section, I am not able to add or delete
material.

Apparently the default program is gone.

I would like to get One Note back to it's original state so that I can go
through the tutorial and use it. I would like to do this without losing the
information that I was able to put into One Note when I first started using
it. I don't think, at this point, I could even back the information up on a
disc.

Please respond as soon as possible.

You can run Office Diagnostics and get the software put back to its default
state. Help>>Office Diagnostics.
