OneNote 2007 over OneNote 2003

I have OneNote 2003 installed and working.

I upgraded my whole Office suite to 2007 and everything works fine, except
for OneNote 2007 which keeps failing.

I tried to remove it, but get a message saying that the installation was
corrupted.... and can't remove it.

I used my Office 2007 CD and tried to repair... but it is still the same.

Any suggestions will be really appreciated!!!

Not really.... OneNote just fails to open.
