Opening links in Outlook

D

Dave Barber

Hi there,
I hope someone can please help me to find out why I cannot open links within e-mails I receive? Word attachment are fine, no problems, but when it is internet based such as replies to various professional business networking sites or e-mails addresses, I acnnot open them and get the message "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions on your computer. Please contact your systems administrator".
Can anyone help me, I am attempting to run a small from home business and this is agro that I really do not need.
Thanks
Dave

This is a problem with IE, its not an Outlook error. You need to reset your
internet settings in IE's Tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab. (Or Control
panel, Internet options, Advanced tab).
See http://www.slipstick.com/problems/link_restrict.htm for the latest
information.
