Opening Power point file

Every time I try to open a Power Point file that I created I et a message "
you are attempting to open a file that is blocked by your registry policy
setting". This is a recent problem. I have tried to open the same file in
another PC and getting the same error message.

I am not sure why this is happening to two specific files but the a third
file opens without any problems... in both computers. I am using Office 2003.
