Organisational Chart

Hi, I have inserted an Organisational Chart in Word. Sounds stupid but I
cannot seem to change the size of the Blocks making up the organisational
chartr. This means that the text i am inserting does not fit into the block
on the organisational chart and ectends past the border of the block. How
can I change the actual size of the individual blocks making up the
Organisational chart?

Usually you put the cursor on the box border, and then when it is Double
headed arrow, click and drag.

Hi Bob
Yes that is the usual. However, I can get a double headed arrow around the
TEXT box which is INSIDE the box making up the organisational chart. So my
text now extends past the borders of the Block making up the Organisational
Chart, and I cannot seem to get a Double Headed arrow on the actual
Organisational chart Blocks.

What version of Word are you using?

In 2003 the inserted Org chart is pre formatted by the "wizard". You
adjust the size of the inside blocks by setting the overall size of the
outline around the whole chart. If you add or insert addition text boxes
then it isn't really part of the chart, only an additional object on the
Org Chart "canvas". So what the problem is, are the "text boxes" you
created. Use the provided Org chart toolbar to add the boxes instead.
