Out of office not working

I have several users who are recieving "Out of Office Assistant could not be
displayed. A required action was not successful due to an unspecified error."

I have tried using KB248709 to correct the problem but that did not clear it
up. I have a mix of office 2000 and office 2003 clients that this is
happening to. Any help would be aprreciated.
