Im running Vista as an operating system. Each time Outlook starts i
takes me to the Outlook 2000 startup icon, then it tells me that I hav
used another version of outlook previously (which I haven't) and do
want to use the same configuration. Clicking "No" gives me three choice
on configuration. Clicking "Yes" automatically starts the program. Jus
before the program completes it launch, its shuts down "microsof
outlook has stoped working and will notify you when a solution is found

Do anyone know what I can do to get the program to complete the launc
and run......?????:mad:

Outlook 2000 is not supported on Windows Vista. Use Outlook 2003 or later.

That said, switching your Outlook mode from Internet Mail Only (IMO) to
Corporate/Workgroup (CW) could solve it but you still might run into other
issues.

Recreating your mail profile might be needed in your case as well;
