Outlook 2003 - Cannot send email to certain contact

I am experiencing an issue sending email to a certain email contact. Before I
never had trouble senting email to this contact. It started about a week ago.
Their IT department sees no problem on their end. It seems to be related to
Outlook. Immediately after sending email, I receive the following message
from the System Administrator:

Undeliverable:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: RE: Project Information
Sent: 11/12/2007 10:09 AM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

'John Doe' on 11/12/2007 10:09 AM
452 4.1.1 ... temporary failure
