About 5%-10% of contacts that I send emails to with attachments (pdf) say
they do not receive the attachment. I can forward the same e-mail with the
attachment from another computer with the same setup of OUTLOOK at our office
and the recipient receives the attachment. Conversely, other individuals at
the same office can receive the e-mail including pdf attachments. They swear
all the computers and OUTLOOK have the same settings.
If I put the attachment in an e-mail using Plain Text instead of HTML
format, the attachment goes through.
