Outlook 2003 signature problem

Hi

I have around 40 users all with outlook 2003 sp3. I create a company
signature and distribute it through Group Policy for all. Everething works
fine until some users complains to me that the signature as gone for new
messages. To put the signature back i just need to go to Tools-->options and
open the tab "mail format" and click ok. Its weird because it happen randomly
and not to all useres
Can you help me?
