I am trying to send an email to an address that was imported from an Outlook
2002 pst file on my previous computer. I know the email address is correct,
but when I send the message now, I get a response as follows:
From: System Administrator
Subject: Undeliverable
Text: The e-mail address could not be found. Perhaps the recipient moved to
a different e-mail organization, or there was a mistake in the address. Check
the address and try again.
<server.domain #5.1.7 smtp; 550 5.1.7 Sender domain not found in DNS>
Note: server.domain replaces the actual names. I tried to send a message
from another workstation in the domain to the same email address; it
apparently was sent correctly.
Any suggestions as to the cause of the problem and how to fix it would be
greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
