Outlook 2007 Watermark for staionery

How do I create a watermark - I want to use a picture of my own and create a
water mark so it show in the background in Outlook 2007 how do I do this?

You can use any photo editor application that is capable of this. IrfanView
is free and has an option to apply watermark filters to a picture.
