Hi all,
When I create a new folder in my inbox diffrent than mail and post
Item, outlook freeze, error then restart. I tried several things like
- Repair in the help section --> useless
- Delete the profile and recreate one --> useless
- Uninstall and ReInstall office 2003 --> Useless
- I tried opening office in safe mode --> Useless
- Exported his contact and reimport them in a new profile --> Useless
- Did multiple anti-virus / spyware scan --> Computer is clean
The computer has the office lastest service pack (sp3) and is
configured on exchange server.
Here is what I have in event viewer:
Type: Error
Source: Microsoft Office 11
Category: None
EventId: 1000
Faulting application outlook.exe, version 11.0.8169.0, stamp 465f28e3,
faulting module user32.dll, version 5.1.2600.3099, stamp 45f030c6,
debug? 0, fault address 0x00052d3e.
If my user try the same thing in his Citrix session it works
perfectly, no errors ...But not locally. User is administrators group
of his machine
