Outlook asks for Password Three Times

Using Exchange 2003 in a Windows 2003 domain. Outlook 2003 is on either XP
SP3 or Windows 2003 through terminal services. When a user opens Outlook SP3
for the first time, it prompts for credentials 3 times. This is especially
frustrating for the TS users because that server automatially deletes user
profiles every night, so they have to enter their credentials for Outlook
three times every day. Opening Outlook again prompts for credentials once,
even though "remember my password" is checked. Once credentials are entered 3
(or 1) times, everything works fine.

Any ideas?
