I've a user using Ms-office 2003 standard version & vista. Frequently he used
to get an error. "Ost file is currupt ...." and he was not able to work. To
get rid of this problem, I've installed Ms-office 2003 professional version &
recreated his profile etc, now the problem is, he gets another error I.e,
when he click on "New" to compose an email the screen turn black. If he / I
restart outlook it's ok but users is quite mad at me to suggest him to
restart everytime. Any suggestions to resolve these issues permanently.
