Outlook connector for Domino

I connected with my outlook 2003 to Lotus Notes Domino server and I can rean
my mails. In some cases when I receive or send a letter to someone the
characters are not readable. I use plain text for internet and use windows
font sets.
Does any one can help me what should be the proper setting on outlook mail
format ?
