Outlook Connector

I am getting the following error when I try to sync my email using the
Outlook Connector. It is only happening on one account. The other accounts
sync okay.
The sync folder gets the following message: The following issues occured
while synchronizing with the server:

Folder Collection Sync Key: 0

Message Collection Sync Key: 0

Network operation failed

Does anyone know how to fix this error.
