Outlook, email address field, email forward does not work

This problem is very hard to explain. I have a friend, she has a small
business and has a website. She is using an offshoot of that website
hosting service to forward email to her home email address which is on
Comcast. Lets say her site is www.services.com.

She has the forwarding service setup to forward (e-mail address removed) and
(e-mail address removed) to her home email on comcast, (e-mail address removed).

By the way, there are two other forwards setup on the forwarding site,
both of them are to a webmail email, one is a yahoo email and the
other is a gmail account and they both work fine.

Her forwared to her comcast email does not work, she says everything
was fine when she had Road Runner, and also up till about two weeks
ago.

Her outlook account is set up to point to the comcast email,
(e-mail address removed) but the email address she's setup in the email
field on the email setup screen is (e-mail address removed). In other words,
people she emails will reply to the (e-mail address removed) which is
forwarded to her comcast account. It's not working at least from
outside comcast. I am on comcast and I can send to (e-mail address removed)
and it gets to her but someone from outside of comcast doing the same
thing, or even replying to and email from her, their mail does not get
through and there is no error anyone sees. The mail does not bounce.
Even sending a test mail from Outlook mail setup runs fine but the
mail does not get into the comcast mail server.

I hope my explanation is of some help but we are pretty frustrated
with this, comcast support is pretty bad and all they can do is send
her inbox an email and test that way and that works.

Is there something that's changed in the way this should work, like
maybe some update that took place with her computer, maybe the
Explorer 7 update - it seems to be about the same time that this all
started to not work.

Thanks
