Outlook Express - Change Text Color in Reply email

I am using Outlook Express 6.0 and would like to be able to reply to
questions in the body of the sender's email using a different colored text.
Is this possible?

I can't find an option to change the font like is available in the full
version of Outlook. Is this because Outlook Express does not use Word as the
email editor?

for instructions at how to use OE to use newsgroups against the Microsoft
newsgroups.
