Outlook Express opens tull screen

Outlook Express opens full screen, can I reduce it to large pane same as
IE7? No edge arrows showing.

As with any Windows program, you may have Windowed or Maximized. set it
to open windowed. Check the properties of the shortcut you use to open it.
